When Great Place To Work® needed to celebrate their 25th Anniversary of Best Workplaces™ in the UK, they came to us with a beautifully crafted print publication and a challenge: "How do we make this leap off the page?" We created an animated timeline film that extends their stunning print campaign into motion. Every typography choice, every icon, every carefully considered grid layout was designed to feel like the natural digital evolution of their "25 Years" publication. The result? A piece that feels authentically theirs, seamlessly bridging print and motion for maximum impact on LinkedIn and beyond.
The Creative Challenge
25 years of workplace evolution to capture.
A gorgeous print publication to honour. About 60 seconds to make people stop scrolling on LinkedIn. And it needs to work perfectly on mute with subtitles. The challenge was crafting a piece that felt like the natural extension of Great Place To Work®'s already-established visual language. We needed to honour their brand guidelines while creating something distinctly cinematic.
The Magic
We structured the narrative as a journey through time, with clear milestone markers that celebrate key moments without overwhelming the viewer and took their established icons and gave them life through subtle, purposeful animation while using type scales, spacing, and visual hierarchy maintained their integrity while gaining cinematic impact.
How we solved it
The Creative Process
Collaboration from day one. Our Figma storyboard became the creative playground where Great Place To Work® and our team could experiment, iterate, and perfect the visual language before a single frame was animated.
