Employer brand & culture

Employer-brand films that feel like the organisation—not the corporate script.

Growmotion creates employer-brand films, employee stories and culture campaigns that help people choose an organisation, feel part of it and understand where it is going.

Best suited to employer campaigns, organisational change, major milestones and recurring people-content programmes—not an isolated talking-head film without a clear audience decision.

Culture proof, not culture claims

Show what the words mean in practice.

Film becomes useful when familiar employer language turns into something candidates and colleagues can actually observe.

“People-first”

A colleague describing the moment their judgement was trusted.

“Collaborative”

A team making a difficult decision together—not repeating a value statement.

“Purpose-led”

The observable effect of the organisation's strategy on real people.

Turning 25 years of workplace history into 92 seconds of motion.

Great Place to Work anniversary film excerpt

Great Place to Work had already created a carefully designed publication marking 25 years of Best Workplaces in the UK.

Growmotion translated its typography, iconography, milestone structure and grid into a concise film that remained understandable with subtitles and without relying on sound.

A shared Figma storyboard helped both teams agree sequence, hierarchy and motion intent before full animation. Great Place to Work published the finished film on its official UK website as part of the anniversary content.

Carterwood Beyond Corporate Speak strategic film

Professional-services strategy

Make direction feel human without reducing it to corporate shorthand.

Carterwood needed a concise route for a three-year strategy intended to matter to clients, partners, suppliers and potential new team members.

The project shows how a clear creative route can make organisational direction feel recognisable without defaulting to talking heads, stock footage or a generic corporate voiceover.

One employer story, several moments

Credibility runs through the whole relationship.

The audience decision, useful formats and contributor experience need to be planned together.

01 / Decision

Start with what should change.

Define what a candidate, colleague or stakeholder needs to understand, believe or do before choosing a format.

02 / System

Candidate consideration, onboarding, belonging, change and milestones can share one coherent story world.

03 / People

Make the process part of the proof.

Clear expectations, thoughtful preparation and conversational interviews should respect the culture the film represents.

What a relationship can include

A clear story system, not disconnected deliverables.
